Refund & Cancellation Policy – Luxe Vision Consulting
At Luxe Vision Consulting, we believe in operating with transparency, integrity, and a commitment to educating and empowering our clients throughout their credit journey. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any services or digital products.
Client Rights & Cancellation Policy:
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable laws, clients have the right to cancel their agreement within three (3) business days of enrollment without penalty or obligation. If cancellation occurs within this timeframe, no charges will be applied.
Due to the nature of credit reporting and the role of third-party credit bureaus, Luxe Vision Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to credit score increases or the removal of items from your credit report. All services are based on professional knowledge, strategy, and experience, but results will vary from client to client.
Refund Policy for Services:
After the three-day cancellation period has passed and services have begun, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes any services that have been initiated, in progress, or completed. Because our services involve time, analysis, and customized strategies tailored to each client, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been performed.
Digital Products Policy:
All digital products, including eBooks, guides, templates, and educational materials, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final once the purchase is completed.
Payment Disputes:
By purchasing from Luxe Vision Consulting, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us. We are committed to addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
